Drew will explore the wisdom of the book The Right Kind of Wrong: The Science of Failing Well by pioneering researcher of psychological safety and award-winning Harvard Business School professor Amy Edmondson. The service will explore the importance of failure as a means of learning and growth both as a society and in our personal and spiritual lives. Gayle and Joe Zydlewski, winners of the 2023 Auction bid, chose this profound topic for the worship service.
