Mindfulness meditation is a wonderful skill for dealing with stress, improving self awareness, and developing kindness and compassion. Join Rev. Drew and this open meditation circle of seekers as we explore the wisdom of mindfulness and continue to develop your meditation practice with a community of supportive learners. This group is open to all. There is no need to register though first timers should contact Rev. Drew to learn more and to get the Zoom Meeting information to participate. Rev.
