Introduction to Mindfulness (Vipassana) Meditation

Starting October 6, Rev. Drew will be teaching a five session “Introduction to Mindfulness (Vipassana) Meditation” program online on Tuesday nights from 5:45 to 7:15 PM.
This program will provide basic instruction on basic mindfulness meditation concepts, through a combination of presentations, discussions, and experiential learning (meditation).
Students need to commit to attending all five sessions and fill out a feedback form as part of the requirements of this program. The program is limited to twelve students some of whom may be from outside the UUSB Community. This program is part of Rev. Drew’s Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification program practicum.
