No Live UUSB Worship Experience

At the end of Sabbatical and nearing the start of the new year, our wonderful worship team needs a rest. As such, there will be no worship service at UUSB on August 13.

Instead, here are some suggestions for other options this Sunday morning:

This month, half of the undesignated funds in our plate collection will go to support the UUSB Food Security Programs. This includes the Bean Suppers that we host on the fourth, and fifth, Saturdays each month; our donation to the Soup Kitchen at the Salvation Army, in lieu of making lunches during the pandemic; and our Bag Lunch program, to give lunches for those attending our Bean Suppers.

In July, we shared our plate with HEAL. They are receiving $383 from UUSB, which is a wonderful start to FY24’s Share the Plate giving! Thank you for all the generous plate donations.
